Why are special categories more expensive?
Items like figures, electronics, and branded bags require special packing, additional insurance, and extra handling to ensure safe delivery.
What if the actual item weight differs from the estimate?
Final shipping is calculated based on actual weight after items arrive at our warehouse. If there's a difference, we'll inform you before shipping.
Does shipping include customs duties?
Yes, our rates already include estimated customs duties and import taxes. No hidden fees.
How long does shipping take?
